1. Acceptance

Use of the website and contracting services with AV Trad implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AV Trad provides consulting, international sourcing, import, quality-control and logistics services for industrial and food companies. The specific scope of each project is defined in a contract or offer signed by both parties.

3. Fees

Fees are agreed case by case. They may be fixed, variable on the savings generated or a combination of both. They are always detailed in writing before the project begins.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during a project is subject to confidentiality. We sign an NDA by default when the client requires it.

5. Quality and compliance

AV Trad commits to comply with the quality standards applicable to each sector (ISO, HACCP, IFS, BRCGS, EU regulation). Specific technical specifications are agreed with the client for each engagement.

6. Limitation of liability

AV Trad shall be liable for direct damages arising from a breach of its contractual obligations, up to the amount invoiced in the corresponding project. Indirect damages, loss of profit or consequential damages are excluded.

7. Modification

AV Trad may modify these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this site.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the owner's domicile.
